Your items must be in good condition
Upholstered items should be free of any rips, stains, or excessive fading, animal scratch marks.
Wood items should not have excessive watermarks/discoloration, chipped edges, missing hardware/parts etc.
Items should be clean, and free of mildew, mold or pet hair.
Items must be pest-free.
